
There will be a total of nine huddles for guests to be involved in at the event, which is being held for the first time at The O2’s Building Six.
Brands taking part include Barclays UK, Langley’s No. 8 Gin and charities Save the Children and ActionAid UK.
Agency led huddles will come from George P Johnson (GPJ), Amplify, World of Initials, Garnish Communications and The Black Tomato Agency.
Abigail Wood, vice president, relationship & event manager, Barclays Events, will take huddle attendees through ‘injecting creativity into corporate events’, with the session looking at what agencies can do to help these companies sell in creative ideas to their stakeholders.
Mark Dawkins, co-founder & owner, Langley’s No. 8 Gin and Nik Koster, founder, Garnish Communications will lead a huddle on how they created a consumer experience that changed perceptions of the brand, and made an impression of those that experienced it.
Save the Children will host its huddle on , while ActionAid will discuss the power of immersive experiences to engage NGO audiences.
Nick Riggall, head of digital strategy at GPJ will be taking a huddle on virtual reality at Mobile World Congress, while Bexy Cameron, head of insight at on modern British youth culture.
World of Initials has teamed up with Brave Spark Media for a session on employing innovative technology as a catalyst for live experience excellence.
As well as partnering with Langley’s No.8 Gin, Garnish Communications will also be hosting a huddle with The Jones Family Project on creating an engaging backdrop at all things from pop-ups to stage sets.
While the Black Tomato Agency will host a huddle on Incentives for the Future: Choosing the ultimate location and developing robust crisis management plans for every eventuality.
