Taking place on 25 May, at The O2’s Building Six, the forum is hosted by Event and sister title C&IT, and will feature panel discussions, key-note speakers, new tech demonstrations and networking opportunities.
Jordan Waid, vice president, brand Experience EMEA at FreemanXP, will discuss how the agency has drawn on the theory of intersectional thinking to bring Vodafone’s headline sponsorship of Capital’s Summertime Ball to life.
He will explore how the three key themes of people, fame and freedom are being used to engage the event’s core audience of 11-19 year-olds. Daniel Underwood, brand manager sponsorships and partnerships at Vodafone, will then outline how Vodafone’s ‘Future Breakers' platform has enabled the brand to play sincerely in music for the first time.
Fentiman’s event marketing manager Jaala Pickering and NFL’s international marketing and events manager Steve McEwen will be featuring in a ‘brand slam’ session, where they will share their activation strategies, challenges and outcomes.
Other sessions on the day include a talk from Tim Sutter from Cvent on ‘The Attendee Experience of the Future’, while campfire sessions and experiential huddles will be taking place throughout the day.
