Euro RSCG wins Pepsi promotional work

NEW YORK - Pepsi Cola has appointed below-the-line agency KLP Euro RSCG in London to handle its marketing services account in Europe and sub-Saharan Africa.

KLP will plan and deliver promotional activity for Pepsi, 7-Up and Mirinda in 44 countries.



KLP won the business following a pitch against Claydon Heeley Jones Mason, and Billington Cartmell.



Ann Kelly, Pepsi's European promotions manager who led the review, said, "KLP delivered unique teen insights and had an innovative approach to promotional campaign development."



Hugh Treacy, managing director of KLP, said, "We're absolutely thrilled. It's a fantastic opportunity and will be an exciting challenge to implement such a broad range of creative work across Pepsi's portfolio of brands throughout 44 countries."
