Euro RSCG wins Jaguar's global digital business

NEW YORK - Jaguar has awarded its global digital business to Euro RSCG Worldwide following a competitive review.

Euro RSCG will manage the global account from its flagship New York office. The account will be led by executive creative directors Alicia Johnson and Hal Wolverton.

The win expands the existing relationship between Jaguar and the agency to include all online advertising, and all e-CRM responsibilities.

The business was previously handled by Global Beach, which also participated in the final review.

Mike O'Driscoll, managing director of Jaguar Cars, said: "By adding the digital function to the scope of Euro RSCG's responsibilities, we ensure that an integrated creative and strategic vision informs every consumer touch point. We found our groove with Gorgeous, and we are confident that the Euro's integrated model will continue to help us translate luxurious campaigns into strong financial performance."

The win marks the second major integrated win, following LendingTree, for Euro RSCG Worldwide since its commitment to put digital at the core of its global strategy.

David Jones, Global CEO of Euro RSCG Worldwide, added: "This win is both proof of Jaguar's ambition and our new digitally-integrated model. Traditional agencies tend to understand brands but not the digital world. Interactive agencies get the internet but often aren't great brand custodians. Our new model and partnership with Jaguar will ensure we deliver on both."
