EDM Media adds World Villages for Children to list

LONDON - List broker EDM Media has added the World Villages for Children charity to its list as it expands its charity portfolio.

Founded in 1964, World Villages for Children provides food, shelter, clothing and education to more than 20,000 children in the developing world helping them break free from a life of poverty.

The donor list is made up of 60% women and are typically 70-plus. They are regular mail-order buyers and multiple charity donors and supporters. The vast majority are retired.

EDM claims that the file works well for the grey market, including mail order, health and mobility products, collectables and continuity products.

Other lists that the company manages includes International Fund for Animal Welfare, Feed My People, Diabetes Research and Wellness Foundation, Children's Survival Fund International and the Children's Rescue Fund.
