The planning permission for the redevelopment of Earls Court is on course for submission in the second quarter of next year.

Capital and Counties (Capco), the firm that owns the site, has also gained a "Statement of Common Ground", signed with the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham (LBHF) and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC), which means all three major stakeholders will work towards the .
