Web users will be able to watch the first episode of the second series on MySpace in four separate segments. The first part will be available from February 2, parts two and three will follow on February 7 and 8, with the final part available on February 9.
E4 also intends to stream the entire first episode on between 10pm and midnight on February 10.
The show, which is the first of 10 in the series, will not run on television until 10pm on February 11.
and E4.com will also show 'Unseen Skins', a series of short online specials that run in conjunction with the main series, featuring new young writers and directors. The first clip has been directed by 'Skins' and 'About a Boy' star Nicholas Hoult and will be available after episode one broadcasts on E4.
Sarah Martin, marketing manager for E4, said: "Getting programming out to where our viewers are is an ongoing and important part of E4's strategy. It's great that we're able to reward 'Skins' fans by giving them the chance to watch it ahead of it being on the channel"
As part of the collaboration, 'Skins' will be heavily advertised across the MySpace network in the UK, with extensive homepage advertising.

Separately, MySpace has promoted Amit Kapur from vice president of business development to chief operating officer.
Kapur will be responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of all global business operations for MySpace. He will also oversee the growth and expansion of MySpace partnerships across the upcoming developer platform, as well as MySpace Mobile and MySpaceIM with Skype.
