Currently in situ until 21 May at Bluewater shopping centre in Kent, the roadshow aims to get consumers sampling its V6 machinery and cordless technology.

Different home environments have been designed within the activation to test the products on, and it is complete with a surprise mess to put Dyson's vacuum cleaners through their paces.

Shoppers are also being asked about their cleaning frustrations, vacuuming habits and thoughts about Dyson on camera. The footage is being compiled into a short vox pop film from each location, which is used to promote the brand's presence.

Candice Williams, GB account marketing manager at Dyson, said: "We want people to get their hands on Dyson machines and see the benefits for themselves. The space is based around our drive to get people to test, try and explore our technology."

Following its stint at Bluewater, the roadshow will travel to the Bullring in Birmingham, Manchester Arndale and Eldon Square in Newcastle. The tour will conclude on 15 July.
