Dreamworks has placed a giant, edible gingerbread house on the London South Bank today (22 April), to act as a pop-up ticket office for its new Shrek's Adventure tour.

The life-size ticket office is made up of 700 gingerbread biscuit tiles and was created by London-based company Tattooed Bakers.

The edible gingerbread isn’t just for ticket-buyers – commuters and people passing by can enjoy a piece of the house too, whether it be a slice of gingerbread, piece of the windows, which are made of cake, or decorative jellybeans.

‘Shrek’s Adventure’ is the latest DreamWorks attraction that will be coming to County Hall, London, in July. The adventure tour is an interactive experience where fans can board a 4D bus, visit Shrek’s swamp and experience 10 live fairy-tale themed shows.
