
The events are designed to familiarise consumers with Don Papa’s new cocktail offering, and as such attendees will be served cocktails and canapés inspired by the Philippine rum.
The series is set to launch with a press event at Ropewalk in London on 6 April, which will be hosted by global brand ambassador Matthias Cadeac D’arbaud. An emerging Colombian singer/songwriter will also deliver a performance on the night.
The brand is looking to host the events throughout the UK four times per year. Each instalment will showcase a different art form alongside cocktails and cuisine relfective of the Don Papa Rum brand.
Dates for the 2016 consumer events will be announced via the brand's social media platforms, and attendees as well as fans of the brand are being invited to share their experiences via the #ItsaDonDeal hashtag.
