Fleming was previously sales manager at The International Centre, he said: "It's an exciting time to be part of this company as we're on the threshold of multi-million pound plans to create a dynamic convention quarter with The International Centre at its heart."
Fleming left a role as head of sales at Ricoh Arena to rejoin the Southwater Event Group.
The Southwater Event Group consists of The International Centre, Telford, three hotels including Holiday Inn and events production company Stagecraft UK.
