The event, which will now be bi-annual due to increased interest in the medium, will include presentations of case studies from HSBC, Nissan and the Territorial Army, as well as discussion of technological developments and approaches to interactive TV advertising.
Mike Colling, chairman of the DMA's Interactive TV Council and founder of Mike Colling & Company, said: "Interactive TV is now firmly incorporated into the marketing mix with 75% of the UK's top 50 advertisers choosing to use this medium."
Speakers include: Graham Whitehead, principal consultant, future of telecommunications and IT at BT; Robert Leach, head of interactive advertising services at Sky; Peter Birch, head of interactive TV for ITV; and Emma Seymour, research director at Zip Television.
The event is scheduled to begin at 9.30am and end at 1.30pm.
