DMA launches broadband TV channel

LONDON - The Direct Marketing Association has launched its own broadband TV channel in collaboration with MarketingSuccess.tv, offering up-to-date industry news and the latest legal analysis and opinions.

The channel, which is available to on-demand, has been created by the association to "inspire and instruct" professionals in the direct marketing sector on the key issues affecting their industry.

The DMA said the channel would provide a wider audience for its remit in a flexible format that would provide engaging material for industry professionals.

The free-to-access channel will be accessible via the DMA and through a featured site on .

The first programme to run on the channel includes an interview with James Kelly, managing director of the DMA, an overview on forthcoming DMA events, a piece on the association's environmental initiatives and legal advice, and an interview with Heather Westgate, chair of the DMA Awards Committee.

Peter Middleton, executive producer of MarketingSuccess.tv, said: "Our aim is to inspire, instruct and advise marketing professionals and students alike with a series of succinct, easily digestible video presentations from leading experts in the marketing industry.
