The program, which can be found at , analyses the "body" content of any web page and translates the code into a tune.
It uses a complex algorithm to define what key the music is played in, as well as determining the synthesizer style and drum pattern.
The key is chosen by removing all the characters on a website that aren't found in the musical scale, and then analysing the remaining characters to find the most commonly used note.
Codeorgan then deciphers which synthesizer to use by working out the total number of characters used on the webpage and corresponding the percentage with a selection of effects.
It also chooses a drum loop by analysing the ratio of characters on the page, versus the number of web page characters that are musical notes.
Users can input the url of any website into the program and then share their music on Facebook and Twitter.
