They are the first products to come out of a multi-year global relationship between Kellogg and Disney, which will look at new product possibilities. It is reported that as well as cereals, the partnership may include waffles and cookies.
The products will be launched in 30 countries, with a focus on Europe, in the second half of the year.
The new cereals are: Mickey's Magix, a mix of coloured marshmallows and oat stars that promise to turn the milk blue; Hunny Bs, shaped in honeypot, bumblebee and letter-B shapes; and Buzz Blasts, which are multicoloured flying-saucer shapes.
Carlos Gutierrez, chairman and CEO of Kellogg, said: "Our alliance with Disney unites two of the world's most recognised and admired family-focused brands and offers years of unprecedented opportunities."
The cereal market in the US has been suffering, as alternatives such as bagels and muffins become more popular. Peter Boutros, senior vice-president of global licensing development for Disney Consumer Products, said the new cereals were "allowing children a magical start to the day".
