The pop-up experience is being held at West Handyside Canopy. It opens on 12 July and will run until 6 September.

Disco Bistro is run by chefs Carl Clarke and David Wolanski, creative director of event caterer The Recipe.

Last year the duo partnered with the founders of Pitt Cue Co to create on a rooftop in Hackney.

They began their venture with Rock Lobsta – then a pop-up lobster roll bar in Shoreditch that has now become a permanent restaurant in nightclub Mahiki.
