Dine Consultancy will be working with hotels and stately homes to transform their hospitality and events offering. In the past, Dine has worked on venue projects for The National Trust, BNP Paribas and Sarah Beeny’s Rise Hall.

Led by Dine’s managing director, Daniel Gill, the Dine Consultancy team includes Michael Gill, who ran Leeds restaurant Pool Court for more than 40 years. The team also comprises Nicholas Rettie, former managing director of the Great Eastern Hotel in London and founder of hotel management company, MRMD.

Daniel Gill said: "I am thrilled to have introduced Dine Consultancy to our portfolio of services. Turning a property into an event venue is a complex process and one that requires a number of experts in different fields to assist. We want to help venues and commercial properties along the way and ensure they are maximising both the quality of their offering and their profitability."
