Ling, who joined LBi two years ago and sat on its executive board, is relocating to Ireland with his family.
The Publicis Groupe agency has begun the search for his successor to lead the agency’s media offering in the UK and key international territories.
In the interim period, the agency’s UK chief executive, Anil Pillai, will assume Ling’s responsibilities.
Prior to joining DigitasLBi, Ling led MEC’s international business as managing director for global solutions, and before that worked at I-Level for nearly a decade.
