The group, which has Conservative Party deputy chairman Lord Ashcroft as its largest shareholder, recorded revenues of £22.1m during the period.
There are no comparable results from last year because DMG was formed in October 2006, when it acquired direct agency Dig For Fire and digital agency HSM. It went on to buy Inbox Digital and another digital agency, Cheeze.
The agency said it continued to benefit from clients' increasing spend on digital marketing and its newest additions Graphico Media and Hyperlaunch have now been fully integrated into its business.
Langdon, chief executive of Digital Marketing Group, said: "Our single-minded focus on digital direct marketing has helped us to attract new blue chip clients and to generate incremental business from our existing client base."
He added that the business had "achieved a lot in a short space of time" and that he was confident it would continue to expand.
