Sky Digital viewers will be able to play dice, a slots game called 'Jungle Fever' and arcade horseracing, which launches later this month.
Play Monte Carlo is operated by BettingCorp. The company's football game Toto Pools is already available on Sky Digital.
Players can play the games for fun or for real money, with stakes beginning at 20p and winnings going up to as much as £20,000.
Play Monte Carlo was created in-house by BettingCorp's own development team. It has been designed to allow users to be able to access it over interactive TV, the internet and wireless platforms through one account.
The software also uses CRM software, so the service can be tailored to suit users' needs.
BettingCorp CEO Michael Lobel said: "There is a huge appetite among TV viewers for these types of products and we expect to see the service flourish."
Sky Active carries a number of interactive and enhanced TV applications such as Sky News Active, Sky Sports Active, Sky Movies Active and services such as email, SMS messaging, games, banking, shopping and betting.
Its betting area, Sky Winzone, hosts more than eight betting services including Sky Bet, Sky Bet Vegas, Blue Square, Ladbrokes, and football pools from Littlewoods.
Tobin Ireland, commercial director at Sky Interactive, said: "Play Monte Carlo adds to the great line-up of third-party fixed-odds betting services available on Sky Active and will benefit from the popularity of interactive betting via the remote control on Sky."
