DFS targets working mums by sponsoring web soap opera

Twofour-owned IPTV specialist Digital Bridge is launching the online soap, called Heart & Soul, which will run weekly on new webTV channel and social networking site Mumspower.com.

Heart & Soul will follow four working mothers, touching upon childcare, employment and education, shopping, fashion and friendship. The ten-minute episodes are also set to run on Bebo and YouTube and the site will have its own Facebook group. Heart & Soul will be accompanied by blogs and video diaries from the main characters on the website.

DFS is the first major high-street brand to back Mumspower.com and will cross-promote working mothers initiatives.
