
De Vere Group is part-owned by Lloyds Banking Group. The sale is expected to help "pay down the debt" of around £1.1bn it owes, according to a spokesman.
Tony Dangerfield, chief executive of De Vere Venues, said: "We're delighted to announce Altitude London as our latest management contract. This spectacular group of venues further strengthens our diverse venue offering in the capital."
