The YouTube video, which shows Beckham and a slightly less toned Corden prancing around in their underpants, is shot as a spoof of the former footballer's earlier D&G underwear ads.
It has been created to promote Corden's new role as the host of hit US TV programme, The Late Late Show, on CBS. The actor, best known for his role in British sitcom Gavin & Stacey, took on the presenter job last week.
The spot shows the duo modelling for fake pants brand "D&J", using dramatic lines including "is there a meaning to life?" and "that's why I need to feel supported, free, cradled."
Corden ends the spot by saying, "D&J briefs – it's for a man with a great body. And David Beckham."
