Database group launches new customer acquisition service

LONDON - The Database Group has launched a new service designed to improve customer acquisition rates and deal with the increased pressures on marketers who want to make the biggest impact with their available budget.

SmartAcquire has been created specifically to deliver in-depth, targeted results "to ensure that marketing is working to maximum efficiency".

Mike Wass, managing director of the DbG, said: "However good your acquisition strategy is now, next year it will need to be even better. Why base your business acquisition targets on last year's figures plus 10%, when you can track market share and set targets based on fact?"

The group says that marketers need to get smarter, with marketing being more accountable in the boardroom with pressure to deliver directly into the bottom line.

SmartAcquire has been developed by building on advanced propensity modeling and market-potential analysis.

To launch the service, DbG is offering a white paper and case study of the SmartAcquire service in action. A "keep smiling" mailer and email campaign also offers users the chance to win a Red Letter Day and "Gold Experience" worth 拢1,000.
