The panel and plenary sessions at January’s live event will share expertise and discuss practical challenges being faced. They will include a post-London 2012 review chaired by Shaun McCarthy, chairman of Commission for a Sustainable London 2012, and CSR research sessions from Leeds Metropolitan University.
Rick Stainton, managing director at Smyle, talked about the role sustainability and the legacy left by the Olympics at the on Tuesday (16 Oct).
He revealed that implementing a sustainability policy at an event company can lead to thousands of pounds in savings.
The community, which is free to join, will be powered by Positive Impact and will go live at 12pm today (18 Oct). Delegate registration for the live event will be available from November.
