Visitors can also watch films, screened on two low-energy Sony Bravia TVs, of British Gas’s work in local communities and see its new sustainable technologies in action.
Other features include a back wall covered in energy-saving light bulbs, and armchairs covered in artifical grass for visitors to relax in.
A Garden Party To Make A Difference is organised by Start, an initiative that is part of the Prince’s Charities Foundation to encourage sustainable living.
