Cotswold Outdoor appoints Coremetrics to online data task

LONDON - Outdoor clothing and equipment retailer Cotswold Outdoor has selected data firm Coremetrics to provide a revenue-boosting customer engagement strategy.

Following a competitive pitch, Coremetrics was chosen to track behavioural data and measure customer interactions across the and its online marketing activity.

Coremetrics will capture Cotwold's online customer behaviour and contextual data using its Live programme, which it claims is stored for the visitors lifetime.

Cotswold said the data will be used to adapt campaigns in order to drive acquisitions, and boost average order values.
