Conrad Hotels appoints Gyro for integrated task

LONDON - The Hilton-owned Conrad Hotel Group is promoting its Chelsea Harbour-based Conrad London hotel to UK and overseas customers with an integrated campaign.

The drive, which includes a revamp of its identity and a mail campaign, follows the pooling of the chain's customer database.

It has appointed integrated agency Gyro Group to develop direct mail, promotional literature, interior signage and design pieces for the hotel, its Conrad Health Club and its in-house restaurant Aquasia.

The promotion of the London site is set to be the first of a worldwide rollout, which could be extended to its hotels in Egypt, Uruguay, Singapore, Belgium, Thailand and Ireland.

Gyro's first work is a teaser postcard campaign to existing customers around the world. The agency is also developing a new identiy for the hotel's health club and a brochure targeting local people.
