It will comprise of two spaces that can be linked or hired separately, accommodating up to 200 guests for a dinner or 500 for more informal events.
The spaces have been vacant since both restaurant tenants fell victim to the recession.
"It’s very rare to come across such a flexible and contemporary space with such stunning riverside views," said Concerto Group marketing director Sam Gill. "We will be keeping an open catering policy to maximise the opportunities and are confident that it will appeal to the Group’s traditional summer and Christmas client base, as well as the broader private and experiential markets."
Coin Street Community Builders commercial director Alison Pinner added: "We explored several options, but felt that a joint venture with Concerto offered us the right opportunity for the two spaces. The new venue also creates an additional offering within a wide range of riverside event opportunities over the Olympic period."
