Party Ingredients moved buildings at the start of this year and has introduced green practices like sustainable waste management, a carbon-neutral air hearing system, sustainably sourced produce and a cycling-to-work scheme adopted by one third of its employees.
Party Ingredients managing director Vicky O’Hare told Event: "Coin Street is a relatively new venue, and we couldn’t be described as a new caterer, so we’re glad to have been able to appeal to a very current market. The things we’ve changed about our business have changed the perception of us as a caterer."
