The agency said the rebrand, which is an abbreviation of Communicate Live, reflects the evolution of the agency and its vision for the future.
The rebrand follows the buyout of Concerto Group’s shareholding in Concerto Live by managing director and majority shareholder Nick Robinson, for an undisclosed sum.
Since 2010 the company has delivered experiential, large-scale communications events for big brands including Facebook, Instagram, PlayStation, Honda Finance, BP and Virgin Media.
Robinson said: "As we look to the future, we are driven to continue to develop our reputation as a market-leading live communications agency.
"Our people are innovators in their field and this new brand identity reflects our commitment to excellence, whilst communicating the individual and vibrant personality of our agency and our people.
"We have enjoyed a successful working relationship with Concerto Group for over five years. Our businesses are highly complementary and as we begin this new chapter as Clive we are committed to continuing our trading relationship, utilising it’s highly regarded event services as preferred suppliers for our clients’ live events."
Sean Doyle, Clive’s head of creative services, which has overseen the rebrand, said: "Whether it’s a conference, pop-up, experiential tour or incentive event, we believe that by communicating live, you can create experiences that breed understanding of your message and build brand advocacy amongst your audience.
"It’s a fresh new identity and a re-energised proposition but behind the new Clive brand is the same team and values; known and trusted by many of the world’s leading brands."
Clive, employs 30 people in offices at London Bridge and in Aberdeen. A new website www.clive.co.uk has been launched and will feature an expanded blog ‘Inspiration Station’.
