COI launched a review of its marketing and brand strategy and internal communication, engagement and change frameworks in August last year. During the review, COI evaluated more than 600 applications.
The two new frameworks are worth approximately £5 million per year over four years and replace the marketing and brand strategy consultancy framework, which was last reviewed in 2005.
The new frameworks will allow agencies to compete for government and public sector work without going through a procurement process for every contract.
