Seccombe, who has worked for the last seven years on customer contact accounts across a range of agencies, has been made senior business planner, and will be responsible for developing customer experience for CMW's client list. He will report directly to director of planning Ben Rachel.
He is credited with working on marketing effectiveness campaigns for clients at Wunderman, O&M Direct, Bates Communications and Ogilvy One.
The agency has also appointed Paul Vallois and Hamish Grant to its board, bringing the total number to seven. Vallois and Grant were recruited as business development director and business director respectively, in the summer of 2006.
Seccombe said: "We will seek to work with clients to take ownership of all touchpoints on this journey to build a brand commitment and drive response. In essence, we want to develop open conversations between consumer and brand."
Martin Nieri, managing director of CMW, said the appointment of Vallois and Hamish Grant to the board was "a major step forward for CMW as we implement a strategy that will allow us to meet new demands and construct new working team-sets more adept to the requirements of tomorrow".
