Soper's 20-year career in data includes seven years at CACI, where she became director of the financial services group. She has also worked client-side, as global database director at Morgan Stanley.
Soper said: "In my new role, I will be able to make a real difference to the way that companies target their customers and I know from experience the huge benefits this can bring."
