The 5,200sqm space will host a version of Clarion’s popular Spirit of Christmas gift show this November, followed by a Dickensian-style Festive Food Fair in early December.
Both shows are expected to benefit from the Kent shopping centre’s weekly footfall of more than 500,000 people.

"Clarion is delighted to be Bluewater’s anchor tenant for the Events Venue," commented Clarion CEO Simon Kimble. "Staging events as part of Europe’s busiest retail and leisure destination represents a new direction for the events industry and we are excited to be the pioneers of this."
"We are excited to be hosting inspirational and exciting events with a wide appeal not just for the considerable number of Bluewater guests but also from the South East, wider Kent, Surrey, Essex and Sussex community."
A ‘Winter Attraction’ located on the venue’s upper level is also planned for the Christmas period.
"The Events Venue is the first of a new breed of events and exhibition spaces," said Bluewater venue director Rebecca Cardozo. "Bluewater is a brand that generates great loyalty, and that is already proving to be very enticing to the industry as it is the very first time that the location of a venue adds something extra to the visitor experience."
