Starting today at London Waterloo, with Liverpool Street joining later in the week, Titan's Transvision screens will broadcast a City AM promotion targeting at encouraging commuters to turn on the Bluetooth function on their mobile phones and download City PM, City AM's daily five-minute business news podcast.
The 15-second commercials will run every two minutes from 5.30pm to 7pm, a total of 45 spots a day. The service will have the capacity to provide 150 Bluetooth downloads simultaneously.
Lawson Muncaster, City AM's managing director, said: "Last week, we topped the iTunes business podcast chart for the first time -- ahead of the Financial Times, Wall Street Journal, BBC Radio 5 Live and BBC Radio 4 podcasts -- just three months after launching."
City AM has also signed Capital Spreads, the online financial spread betting service, as the first sponsor of the City PM podcasts. As part of the package, Capital Spreads will also feature in the Transvision ads.
Muncaster added: "We are very excited by this week's innovative launch with Capital Spreads. It's a real innovation to bringing business news on the go to commuters' mobiles as they head home from work."
The campaign was constructed by out-of-home media specialist Kinetic in partnership with City AM.

We identified that we were able to take this online strategy to Outdoor and deliver high-value content to people on the move."
