Cint sampling technology behind new political poll

STOCKHOLM - Research software company Cint is providing the technology for a new national poll which will gauge public opinion on Sweden's political parties.

new sampling technology is being used to generate the poll, which has been launched by the political consultancy United Minds, based on the opinions of 1,000 adults every month.

The findings are published in the afternoon newspaper Aftonbladet.

Cint says that the technology, dubbed Cint Automated Tracker, is the first intuitive tracking tool that automatically handles all online fieldwork.

Bo Mattsson, CEO of Cint, said "This is an excellent example of how the power of online research can be used to measure and communicate public opinion.

"It also demonstrates that new technology like Cint Automated Tracker can be applied to a wide range of applications.

"United Minds are spending a fraction of the time it would normally take to manage a tracking survey and a steady flow of responses collected each day provides a higher quality response."
