The show, which takes place at Tobacco Dock in east London, will celebrate London's thriving and diverse restaurant scene over four days from 20-23 November.
This year's theme is forgotten food with chefs challenged to choose food they would like to see brought back to our tables, such as squirrel and cuttlefish.
Guests at the show will be able to see their favourite chefs up close, including Raymond Blanc, Michel Roux Jnr, and Nuno Mendes from Chiltern Firehouse giving live demonstrations in the Electrolux Taste Theatre.
Other highlights will include a 'Cocktails at Home' masterclass from Diageo, fire pit cookery demonstrations and chocolate experiences with expert chocolatier and Gü head chef, Fred Ponnavoy.
