Christian Aid, the charity, is using press and online as part of a new campaign against poverty.
The print work, by Beattie McGuinness Bungay, uses an illustration of a child with tree-like roots, which contain explanations of the roots of poverty. The ad is supported by a new website, www.povertyover.com, which tells people about the charity’s ‘manifesto for change’.
The copywriters were Simon Bere, Peter Reid, Joe Bruce and Sheridan Lord and the art directors were Carl Broadhurst, Kate Baker and Miles Stubbs. The illustrator was James Joyce. was produced by Weir and Wong.
