The enormous piece of underwear was winched into place by event agency Chillisauce to raise awareness of cleaning brand Vanish’s sponsorship of Breast Cancer’s Wear it Pink fundraising campaign.
It was revealed to the nation live on ITV’s This Morning at 11.30am.
The bra took four weeks to make and a team of professional abseilers three days to install. It measures 27 metres by 31 metres and is equivalent to a size 34B.
Guinness World Record officials have officially awarded it the title of the world’s largest bra.
This is the second year Vanish has supported the Wear it Pink campaign, with donations being made to the charity from sales of all Vanish Wear it Pink branded packs.
