Turner’s speech explained that a slow recovery from the recession is underway with exports starting to respond positively, firms starting to restock, and although the housing market is still fragile, it is starting to improve.
Chester Boyd supplied ‘flower pot’ muffins, fruit skewers, buckwheat blinis with London smoked salmon and chive crème fraiche, muesli with grated apple, prunes, yoghurt and honey, and soft poached pheasant egg with crispy bacon, spinach and hollandaise.
Drinks on offer included rhubarb and strawberry smoothies and fresh orange juice.
