The new range will be supported by TV advertising, PR and online video marketing, which includes interviews with Cheryl Cole, featuring her style and beauty tips.
The shoes are expected to be available in the New Year.
The range incorporates eight shoe styles, priced from £79.90 to £119.85, and further styles will be added each month.
Felix Leuschner, chief executive of Stylistpick.com, said that the range was about "much more" than conventional celebrity collaborations.
He said: "Cheryl has been engaged at every stage of the design process, even creating names for individual styles. And she is involved at all customer touch points, in addition to providing ongoing style tips, she will also be choosing her favourite styles from the Stylistpick.com mainline collection."
Stylistpick.com is a membership online shopping service, which is curated by celebrity stylists including Grace Woodward and Louise Roe. Membership to the site is free.
With the exception of the Cheryl Cole range, Stylistpick.com offers a fixed price offering where all items are £39.95.
The site is hoping to capitalise on the growth of subscription retail where cash-strapped consumers treat themselves to something special on a monthly basis.
Stylistpick.com is backed by $8m (£5.1m) in venture capital funding from Accel Partners and Index Ventures.
The brand has ambitious plans to roll out its offering across Europe and take on the marketing muscle of rival brands such as the hugely successful ASOS.
