Cheeze bolsters management team

LONDON - Digital direct marketing agency Cheeze has announced two new appointments, as part of a drive to expand its team.

Ashley Spooner joins as group account director of the Web 2.0 team, following Donna McGrory's move to the travel team. Reporting to director of innovation Jamie Riddell, Spooner will be responsible for production and delivery of all client projects.

Spooner was previously head of online at financial comparison site Moneyfacts Group, after more than six years as head of partnerships at insurance group Aviva.

Cheeze is also bolstering its financial management, with Charles Pratt joining as financial controller to support finance and operations director Kirsten Sangster.

Pratt joins from the automotive multi-franchise dealership John Grose Group, where he was financial controller. He has also held positions at Marriott Motor Group and TNT Logistics UK.

Spooner and Pratt will join Tom Griffiths, formerly of Latitude, who joined the agency in August this year as business development manager.
