Caulder Moore has been tasked with re-branding the luxury health resort chain and will work on brand strategy, graphic communications, art direction, in-store signage and navigational signage throughout the resorts, as well as marketing collateral to create a consistent message.
Caulder Moore will manage the planned roll out of the day spa across 100 locations over the next two years.
Irene Maguire, partner at Caulder Moore said: "We'll be preserving the undoubted equity that resides in the world-famous, prestigious Champneys brand whilst evolving and moving it forward to help the company realise its future vision, initially through this exciting new retail concept."
Champneys has four outlets in the UK: Forest Mere in Hampshire; Henlow in Bedfordshire; Champneys Springs in Leicestershire and Champneys Tring in Hertfordshire, and one resort in Goa.
The Apprentice recently featured the company when Sir Alan Sugar sent a winning team to stay at Champneys Tring. Champneys issued a referencing its appearance on The Apprentice, despite the BBC apparently requesting it not to do so, and the chain is now embroiled in a BBC product placement row.
