
Overall, the company posted a 14% increase in revenue based on results from 1 July to 31 October 2012.
The company reports that underlying revenues across the exhibitions division grew, with shows including Employee Benefits Live, the National Home Improvement Show and Aidex performing ahead of expectations.
Geoff Wilmot, Centaur chief executive, said: "We have seen a significant improvement in our revenue profile and cost base at the start of the 2013 financial year, and the business has demonstrated strong momentum in growing its revenues from digital and events."
Last month, Centaur Exhibitions created a n at Birmingham's NEC. It also restructured its special interests division in September, the company.
