The campaign, created by Delaney Lund Knox Warren, aims to raise awareness of the charity's Great Daffodil Appeal, an annual fundraising event promoting the work that the charity undertakes in producing nursing care for terminally ill people.
The campaign spans TV, radio, print and online, and will encourage the public to contribute to the appeal by giving up an hour of their time to go out on to the street and collect donations and signatures.
The TV spot features celebrities working on behalf of Marie Curie to obtain signatures and donations, by asking members of the public to "return the favour" when they approach the stars for their autographs.
Other celebrities to appear in the campaign include 'Loose Women' presenter Lynda Bellingham, 'Green Wing' actor Stephen Mangan and 'Absolutely Fabulous' star Jane Horrocks.
