Working 9 to 5: MediaCom COO introduces Project Blend
What do you want to do with your life? And does your job allow you to achieve it? If not, perhaps you should join MediaCom, which has announced .
The chief operating officer of MediaCom, Josh Krichefski, writes:
We live in a digital world that is always on, where people don’t think twice about checking emails or completing work outside their office hours. Yet most people feel guilty about doing any non-work activity during the day. In this modern world, we need to move away from the rigidity of nine to five hours and stop focussing on office face-time.
And it's not all talk. After a successful beta test, the program's being rolled out to the whole company.
Staff can talk to their line managers about defining "which elements of their life, including aspects of work and career, mean the most to them and how they currently rate their happiness in each area [...] and how they can improve their happiness scores at work."

and is helping brands promote mobile apps, 北京赛车pk10's Gurjit Degun reports.
The shopping ads allow advertisers to display a click-to-buy ad within partner videos on YouTube.
Viewers will see an "i" at the top right of a video to view the shopping ads. They will be in the same format as YouTube’s TrueView display which uses "info cards".
YouTube is also helping advertisers promote their mobile apps through TrueView as well as YouTube’s gaming app.

The move is aimed at consolidating and rationalising thousands of lines as Dave Lewis looks to revive the beleaguered giant.

In March as part of the project and in a separate move.
Drinks removed included Ribena and Capri-Sun, as well as Rubicon from its kids' juice range to "help customers make healthier choices".
Brand videos: Be On's top 5 for September
Be On, the video content and distribution company, ranks for Brand Republic every month, ranking videos with their own internal scorecard.
Topping the chart this month is Gatorade’s latest instalment of their #WinFromWithin campaign, starring Serena Williams.
The video is part of a series of short virals that document the champion’s rise to fame.
For instance, "sisterhood" touches upon her competitive relationship with Venus, "visualisation" homes in on the influence of her father, and "determination" rounds off the journey by exploring how it feels to be at the top.
Check out the other four .
