The Capital Radio Group team won the award for the third time in the four-year history of the awards.
The 2003 NTL Commercial Radio Awards were open to all Commercial Radio Companies Association members and recognised excellence in the marketing, programming and sales crafts as they are applied to commercial radio.
Elements such as quality of service, a creative thought process, understanding client objectives, honesty and professionalism were all taken into consideration by the judges.
Chris Tarrant hosted the event and Heart 106 breakfast DJ Jono Coleman presented the award to the Capital Radio Group Sales Team.
