In his previous role Ramdenee was involved with the development of several key customer management projects. He has 15 years of experience in data and will work with the customer solutions group to manage its customer strategies.
He said: I’m excited to be joining CACI. It has all the capabilities needed to implement effective and commercially viable customer strategies – from data, through to analytics and consulting.

The Customer Solutions Group was set up following the acquisition of consultancy Sophron Associates in 2006. The group incorporates customer management consulting and data management, hosting, analytics, and data provision.

LONDON - CACI has appointed John Ramdenee, former director of customer solutions at BSkyB, to the newly created role of consulting director for its customer solutions group.
