
Bruce, who has been promoted from the role of sales manager at Real Radio in Scotland, had previously been sponsorship and promotions manager at the station since 2003.
He oversaw the launch of Scotland’s Rock Radio and created the biggest promotion that Real Radio has carried out to date, with the Win a Car a Day in May competition.
He said he would “work tirelessly to keep Real Radio in its position as market leader”, as well as growing profitability.
“It’s also a fantastic chance to develop the opportunity that is Rock and Smooth Radio,” he added.
